Hi there, I’m Emily!

I’m passionate about STEM outreach, sparking meaningful conversation, and chasing dreams.

In my free time, I enjoy playing the cello and piano, trying new restaurants, learning about dinosaurs and rocks, sewing, reading, running, and exploring the outdoors with my camera.

Growing up, I was constantly excited by new things. Learning all sorts of crafty skills, picking up new projects, and reading stories– about how dinosaurs once roamed the earth, and how women used deadly nightshade during the Renaissance.

I also spent a lot of my time making music.

My passion for food started in my youth. I still love exploring restaurants– find me on Beli!

I graduated from Mounds View High School in 2023, where I was heavily involved in Student Council, Minnesota Youth in Government, Science Olympiad, a melange of community service organizations, and orchestras!

Now, I’m an engineering student at Duke– still spirited with my passions and chasing my dreams of living an impactful life.
